Our deliveries are made between 09:00 and 20:00. On special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and similar peak days, orders cannot be accepted for delivery at a specific time. All orders on these days are considered same-day delivery within the day.
To ensure same-day delivery, the last order time is 19:00. Orders placed after 20:00 will be delivered on the following day. An additional delivery fee may apply for deliveries outside the city center. Customers are informed of any extra shipping charges under the delivery fee section in the order summary during checkout.
For time-specific orders (such as weddings, engagements, etc.), orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for same-day delivery.
We guarantee that the ordered product will be delivered exactly as shown. However, due to seasonal conditions, if a specific product is unavailable, the closest possible alternative will be delivered.

Any payments made by mistake are fully covered by our company’s refund guarantee.
If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, the product may be delivered to a neighbor, building staff, concierge, or an authorized person, and the customer will be informed accordingly.
If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, responsibility lies with the customer. No refunds will be issued or claimed in such cases.
